About Google Ads

AVKO has decided to put up advertising on the freebie and resource website, Spelling.org.  The revenue generated by these ads helps to pay for the free services and materials that AVKO provides, including the website itself and all of its articles, essays, and curriculum; free daily tutoring; free catalogs; free curriculum planning advice; the toll-free number; etc. 

This is how Google's AdSense works:

• We place a field of ad space (see the right)

• Google fills in the ad space with rotating text and picture ads based on the content of the page and the keywords that that page has listed

• Each time a user clicks on an ad, revenue is generated for AVKO (around $0.20 a click) and they are navigated to that site (away from AVKO's website)
